Since 2017, Biosphere sustainability certification has been aligned with the 2030 Agenda, its 169 goals, and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Biosphere certification uses a methodology that translates the 17 SDGs into tourism with specific, explicit, and objectively verifiable actions and indicators to measure progress.
